If you want to be mainstream, I guess. Besides... Look at Ivy's design in Batman: Arkham Asylum: Her attire, which is only a shirt, is red. The only green parts of her are the leafs, wines and her skin, and those small panties which are made out of leaves. Bottom line is: Most of her attire is red. So that's why I don't agree that Ivy necessarily has to have most green in her attire.
I made her skin green and there are green wines and leaves on her arms as well on her upper dress, so the green element isn't absent. I don't see any problem with making most of her dress red.
Thank you. But I'm actually not so happy about it anymore. If I was to design a masquerade-outfit for Poison Ivy again, I would have done it differently. But I guess that's just a sign that one has evolved.
